Heat Pump based water heaters are one of the safest, most energy-efficient and environmental friendly water heating equipments in the world. It is divided into air source heat pump and ground (water) source heat pump according to difference of the heat source. Heat Pump is a highly efficient heat collector and transporter, the energy is absorbed from the air or the ground (water) is four times more than the power it consumed. The heat carrier (refrigerant gas) inside the evaporator absorbs the low temperature heat from the heat source, then the heat carrier come into the compressor, where in the compressor the heat of compression is added and the cumulative heat is transferred finally to the water inside the condenser. The cycle repeats so as to produce hot water for household and industry applications, During the heating process, it fully utilizes the renewable energy from the air or ground and do not need any electrical heating elements.
The small amount of power consumption in running compressor is used to carry the natural energy.
